Bob Marley, my son

Cedella Marley Booker, brought up in the poor rural district of Nine Miles in Jamaica, met Captain Marley, a white man forty years her senior when she was just sixteen. Their child was Bob Marley, who would introduce the world to reggae and transform the course of popular music with his classic songs. His mother shares her stories of life with her son. Cedella Marley Booker was also an established performer and composer. She died in 2008.
