Thirteen

Carl Marsalis, a genetically engineered soldier who was created by the United States military, escapes his exile on Mars and travels to Miami, where he intends on retiring, but instead is arrested and given the opportunity to avoid a jail sentence if he tracks down a serial killer fugitive, who was also created by the government.
