Desperate measures

Journalist Matt Pittman is pulled back from the brink of suicide when he agrees to write obituaries as a favor to his old friend and editor at the "New York Chronicle," but his research for the obituary of the influential Jonathan Millgate, a man not yet dead, draws him into an international conspiracy that may cost him his life anyway.
