Downforce

Former stockcar racing champion Robert "Redball" Redding, a retired southern hero who now works for the U.S. Department of Justice, is dispatched to Mississippi to be the public relations "face" of the investigation into a bombed bridge. But that mission morphs when Redball discovers which politicians and gangsters are lining their pockets at the expense of the Dabearer Island residents.
