Growing up in privileged Manhattan social circles, Caggie's life appears to be near perfect, but blaming herself for her younger sister's death and being called a hero for supposedly saving a classmate from suicide cause her to withdraw from friends and family until new kid Astor arrives at school, hiding a past at least as dark as her own.
