Caveat

Rainmaker Hank Beecham agrees to a request to return to St. Elmo, California and save his hometown from drought on the condition that he get credit for every drop of rain that falls from that day forth, but what the city fathers did not realize is that Hank, bitter about his experiences in St. Elmo, intends to unleash a flood upon the town.
