An American caddie in St. Andrews

When Oliver Horovitz graduated from high school he could not start college at Harvard for another year. So he decided to enroll at the University of St. Andrews in Scotland and become a caddy at the Old Course. He had been a caddy since age twelve and sported a 1.8 handicap, so entering the caddie training program was no problem. Awakening at 4:30 a.m. each day to line up at the caddie shack, Oliver has written a behind-the-scenes peek at the world's most celebrated golf course, and its equally famous caddie shack.
