The country of Ice Cream Star

After a devastating plague destroys America, fifteen-year-old Ice Cream Star lives with a nomadic tribe, scrounging a living off the ruins of civilization. When her brother starts showing signs of the plague, Ice Cream Star and her friends go off searching for any trace of a cure, and learn what it means to care about their world again.
