The last letter from your lover

Twenty-seven-year-old Jennifer Stirling wakes up in the hospital after a terrible accident in 1960 suffering from acute memory loss, with only a letter, signed simply "B," that lets her know she was in love with someone other than her wealthy husband, and years later journalist Ellie Haworth comes across another handwritten letter that sends her on a quest to learn what happened to the lovers, and helps her sort out her own complicated love life.
