Lisbon 1904, Tom?s, having discovered a journal with details about an artifact that can redefine history, sets out to find the treasure. Thirty-five years later in Portugal, an Agatha Christie expert and a Canadian senator, who is grieving the loss of his wife, find themselves involved with the consequences of Tom?'s quest.
