Belly up

Seventeen-year-old Sara has a drunken hookup at a party and gets pregnant. As a result, her mother takes Sara out of school and they move in with Sara's domineering grandmother and enrolls her at a new school. Then, not only is she the new girl, but she's going to be the the new pregnant girl once she starts showing, and Sara feels lonely. Then she meets the funny, flirtatious Leaf Leon, and doesn't know how to tell him she's pregnant with a stranger's kid.
