The bridge

In the near future there is the City, and it is divided. Southside is home to the hostiles, who live in poverty and hatred for those who get to live in Cityside. Nik is a high schooler on the fast-track to a career with the Internal Security and Intelligence Services, those who fight the war against hostiles. ISIS turns Nik down, shocking everyone around him, and then Nik's best friend Sol is kidnapped by hostiles who have captured the bridge from one part of town to the other. Now Nik and Sol's sister, Fyffe, are on the run from ISIS, searching in Southside for any sign of Sol, where questions are answered that should never have been asked.
