The Wish Giver

The tales of wishes made and then regretted begin with the arrival of a stranger, who says his name is Thaddeus Blinn, in the New England village of Coven Tree - where people are "no strangers to magic." The time is a turn-of-the-century past when folks still took their legends seriously. During the annual Church Social,Blinn sets up a tent and sells magical wishing cards - then leaves as mysteriously as he arrived. The use of the wishing cards produces three tales of magic...
