When Shifter Scott Tyler is sent by ARES to track down the mysterious Frank Anderson, Scott becomes determined to discover the dark secret that Frank and the kids in his project are hiding. As his obsession takes him further away from everyone he cares about, Scott's grip on reality weakens and he begins to realize that if he can't control his choices, they'll control him.
