A war of swallowed stars

Seventeen-year-old Princess Esmae Rey continues to battle her twin brother, Prince Alexi, for control of the planet Kali. Their mother Kyra sides with Alexi and continues to try to kill Esmae, while Sorsha, a great beast, begins to swallow the stars. Their war is destroying the galaxy and although Esmae wants to give up her mission for revenge against her family, she wonders if it's too late. While Esmae and Alexi face each other in a final confrontation, the destruction of Kali is triggered and the entire kingdom faces annihilation.
