The Last Colony

John Perry is enjoying his quiet life with his wife and daughter on one of humanity's many colonies when he is asked to lead a new colony world that gives him the chance to explore the universe, but the opportunity takes a deadly turn when he becomes a pawn in an interstellar game of diplomacy and war.
