After a deadly pathogen kills off most of the world's population, an injured teen named Andrew takes shelter with Jamie and the two bond. They are forced to set out in search of other survivors but both boys have secrets that hold them back from falling for each other. However, if they want to survive, they will have to reveal their pasts and find the courage to fight for a future together.
