The house with a dragon in it

When a mysterious hole opens up in her new foster family's living room, Summer encounters an ancient dragon that offers her three wishes to be granted by a witch. However, as Summer uses the wishes, the magic takes a dark turn and jeopardizes Summer's desire for a home as well as the town's safety.
