Veteran Interpol agent Henri Poincar?'s investigation of the murder of mathematician James Fenster just before Fenster's scheduled speech at a World Trade Organization meeting, leads him to America where he is making progress when he is called back to Europe to face unfinished business from a former genocide case, and comes to the realization the his two cases are related and he is the link.
