Lamensdorf, Leonard

Fourteen-year-old William, having befriended a former professor and World War II resistance fighter who is living in an abandoned castle on a hill above the town of Bonville in French Normandy in 1959, takes refuge in the castle, along with the rest of the town's teenagers, and leads a revolt against a local criminal cartel and the greed of their own families and local authorities.

French teens Willi and Louise, studying in Paris, join the second generation of the French Resistance, and find themselves using their newly learned skills of judo and aircraft flying to defend Dragon Castle, and save world leaders John F. Kennedy and Charles de Gaulle from murderous conspiracies during the Algerian Civil War.
