Inu-Yasha / Takahashi, Rumiko

Like Kagura and demonic baby Hakudoshi set out to search the border of the human world and the afterworld to find the last Shikon Jewel shard, while Inuyasha and his team race to recover the shard and keep it safe from evil.

Inuyasha and the others are trapped inside Mount Hakurei with yet another newly assembled Naraku who is hiding there trying to perfect an emotionless form that will enable him to kill Kikyo.

Inuyasha and friends encounter a sacred mountain; the Band of Seven seek revenge on those responsible for their deaths; and Sesshomaru pursues Kohaku to the sacred mountain.

Byakuya sends Inuyasha and Sesshomaru to another dimension, where no one can come to their rescue, for a battle with Naraku. Plus, Shippo enters a fox demon competition.

After Naraku's true intentions come to light, Kagome gets consumed by the Meido and she must fight with Inuyasha in their final, fateful battle for the Shikon Jewel.

Kagome learns about the Shikon Jewel as well as the secretbehind her powers. Meanwhile, Naraku adopts a Malevolent form and Sesshomaru regains something he values.

Inuyasha, Kagome, Miroku, Sango, and Sesshomaru attack Naraku together to stop the demon from absorbing the power of the Shikon Jewel, but Naraku survives the attack by dividing his attackers. Then, Inuyasha loses control of his demon half, endangering his friends.

As Naraku merges with the Shikon Jewel, his doubles target Miroku and Sango. Inuyasha and Sesshomaru attack Naraku, but Kagome loses her powers, making her vulnerable.

A bone-hunting demon is after Sango's boomerang, Hiraikotsu, and his friends seek advice from a demon sage, who tells them to jump into a demon-infested urn where they will have to fight for their lives.

Sesshomaru, Inuyasha's half brother, searches for the key that will help him escape the world of the dead while Inuyasha and his friend come across a strange village that is ruled by a hungry demon.
