Freeze frame

Candace, Phineas and Ferb's older sister, learns that a traffic camera has captured evidence of her siblings' mischievous activities, and Perry the Platypus, concerned that the recording will reveal his identity as Agent P, tries to get to the camera first while Phineas and Ferb construct a large bowling ball.
