The chronicles of Chrestomanci

Conrad Tesdinic is sent to Stallery Mansion in an effort to fix his bad karma and discover who is pulling the possibilities--changing the details of the world, and is befriended by Christopher Chant, a future Chrestomanci who will be responsible for managing the magic of the Twelve Related Worlds, who is on a mission of his own. Includes the story "The Pinhoe Egg" which revisits Chrestomanci Castle.
