Race for the Mini-con robots

The war between the two Transformer groups, the Decepticons and the Autobots, moves to Earth when it is discovered that the power-enhancing Mini-bots, launched from the planet Cybertron years earlier in an effort to keep the peace, have been discovered on Earth and its moon.
