Firehorse Max

Grandpa Lev buys a new horse, Max, to pull his peddler's cart. Max used to be a firehorse, so whenever he hears the alarm bells ring, he takes off for the fire. Grandpa Lev has to find a way to keep Max from running off with the cart every time he hears an alarm.
