When lightning strikes

Jessica Mastriani develops psychic powers after being hit by lightning which enable her to know the location of children listed as missing on milk cartons, but things become difficult when the government learns of her talent and tries to get her to find people wanted by the FBI, and she discovers she has sent a young boy back to an abusive home.
