Avenger

Calvin Dexter, a small-town attorney and secret vigilante, is hired to bring Serbian warlord Zoran Zilic to American justice for the murder of volunteer aid worker Ricky Colenso, but he finds his efforts hindered by CIA agent Paul Devereaux who has another purpose in mind for Zilic.
