The forgotten garden

When a little girl is abandoned on a ship going to Australia in 1913 and arrives with only her clothes and a book of fairy tales, she is raised by the dockmaster and his wife as their own; as a young woman, she travels to England where, over time, her own granddaughter eventually assembles the pieces of her life's puzzle.
