The shadow of the lion

An alternative history in which half-brothers Marco and Benito Valdosta, posing as street urchins in order to hide from the enemies of their grandfather, the Duke of Ferrara, find themselves in the center of a multi-faceted battle to claim the city of Venice in the sixteenth century.
