Imposture

Eliza Esmond, a bookish young woman who has grown up in the shadow of her prettier sister, is thrilled when she meets a man she believes to be the notorious poet Lord Byron on the doorstep of his publisher, and even more excited when he arranges an assignation, but the situation becomes tragic when it is discovered her lover is an imposter.
