The echo maker

Karin Schulter reluctantly returns to her hometown to nurse her brother, Mark, back to health after he suffers a traumatic head injury in a car accident on a remote Nebraska road, but her task is made more difficult when he wakes from his coma only to claim that she is an imposter, and she turns to renowned neurologist Gerald Weber for help.
