Chango's fire

Julio Santana, an arsonist for hire, has made thousands of dollars working for the power players trying to force the gentrification of his Spanish Harlem neighborhood, but he finds his life in danger when he falls in love with a woman newly arrived on the block, and decides to give up his criminal career.
