Journalist Elena Michaels, turned into a werewolf by her ex-finance, leaves her elite pack in New York and moves to Toronto in an attempt to live a normal life with a regular guy, but when the pack calls upon her for help in destroying some dangerous non-pack werewolves, she feels herself strongly tempted by the call of the wild.
