The first victim was hospitalized on Friday. By Monday there was no denying it: the sleepy college town of Duane, Texas, is facing an outbreak of bubonic plague, the infamous Black Death. Is it only coincidence that the vice president is scheduled to visit the town in a week, or is it a case of biological terrorism?.
