Harry Pendel, tailor to royalty, presidents, politicians, and crooks, is recruited by British Intelligence to provide information on the state of affairs in Panama as the time approaches for the country to gain control of the Panama Canal, and Harry, who prefers that his past remain unknown, is only too willing to cooperate.
