Captain Cold and the blizzard battle

When Icicle, another supervillain with wintry powers, invades Central City and starts taking credit for all the evil-doing, Captain Cold is seriously annoyed and considers actually helping the Flash to defeat this competitor to regain his status as the city's main supervillain.
