The night the baby-sitter didn't come

Phoebe cannot even imagine the things that will go wrong when she goes to stay with Heather and Tiffany for the weekend. Tiffany brings her little cousin Dalton, who in turn brings his pet rat, the baby-sitter doesn't show up, the dog eats their dinner, and they accidentally start a fire.
