The year of the flood

Adam One, the leader of a religious vegetarian group called God's Gardeners, predicted that a catastrophe would decimate Earth. When it finally happens, most human life is destroyed. Two women, Ren and Toby, are among a handful of humans that lived through the disaster. Now they must do whatever it takes to survive in a world inhabited by gene-spliced life forms, experimental humans, and corrupt ruling powers.
