Meg follows a dream

the fight for freedom

Twelve-year-old Meg Buehler is living in Ohio shortly before the Civil War. While tensions over the issue of slavery are raising all over the country, Meg is primarily concerned with her artwork. Her ten-year-old brother and her faith in God finally help her to understand why slavery is wrong.
