A belt around my bum

When eleven-year-old William Shakespeare, known as Willy Waggledagger to his friends, is being picked on by a bloke who thinks he is King of the Faeries, he winds up stealing from the queen, attempts to stop a man from marrying a tree, and must face a one-eyed squirrel.
