The adventure of Capitol Kitty

California First Lady Sharon Davis presents a story inspired by her own "Capitol Kitty," in which a feline who proudly watches over the park outside the State Capitol leads an unwelcome visitor inside the building and, instead of being immediately chased out, gets a cat's-eye view of government.
