Kaleidoscope

Madame Karitska has never known whether her gift of prophecy is a curse or a blessing, and when an attache case is dropped in her lap by a man fleeing a crowded subway, she knows it is time to consult her good friend Detective-Lieutenant Pruden, and together find themselves involved in a bizarre case of violence and murder.
