The hanged man

Florida detective Wayne Sheppard, investigating the murder of criminologist Andrew Steele and the disappearance of Steele's wife, decides to follow up on a lead given to the police department by a woman who claims to have psychically witnessed the killing and is drawn into a dangerous conspiracy known as Project Delphi.
