Cersei is the ruling regent of King's Landing following King Joffrey's death, and the siblings of deceased Robb Stark are scattered throughout the kingdom. Survivors, outlaws, renegades, and carrion eaters plan new plots and alliances in an effort to take over the Iron Throne.
