Trevor Barnett has become the lead spokesman for the tobacco industry just as it's on the verge of extinction, and is forced to announce on national television that no cigarettes will be manufactured or sold until the industry is given ironclad protection from the courts, causing the economy to falter and chaos to take hold of the nation.
