The fantastic family Whipple

Everyone in the Whipple family has broken a world record at least once. Everyone, that is, except Arthur. He has not broken or even tied one world record in all his life--but soon, if things do not change, his family's records, and possibly more, will be lost. Suddenly they are losing contests left and right, and Arthur strongly suspects that two clowns, who always appear at these events, are the cause. It is up to him to find out and stop them.
