Azeroth's only hope against the Twilight's Hammer is to revive the Council of Tirisfal, but the magi needed to perform the ritual that creates the council have been weakened by Malygo's evil efforts. A new council formed of a shaman, a druid, a priest and a paladin will have to suffice.
