After a whale swims by and knocks Cara into freezing Oregon waters, she is saved by cute newcomer David. Instantly attracted, Cara is devastated to learn David is off-limits to her. She finds no solace in Rachel, her best friend, who has become interested in witchcraft and is way too obsessed with her new boyfriend. Then handsome Garren comes along and Cara starts to fall for him, but worries Garren is possibly too perfect.
