After losing a TV talent show, Chelsea thought her dreams of becoming a rock star were over. Then after one phone call she finds herself the lead singer of "Melbourne," touring with three hot guys and singing in sold-out clubs every day. However, not all is well, even with teen heartthrob Lucas Rivers interested in her--Chelsea has made enemies of her own band and some of their fans, and she has only the summer to make them love her, or else face the shame of returning to her senior year in high school a washout.
