In a dystopian future, Grey Howard detests the Chemists who instruct all the citizens to consume a potion each day which they claim is to keep them alive. When Grey's best friend is severely punished for a minor infraction, her defiance toward the Chemists grows. And when she finds passage to a mysterious land through a curio cabinet, she may be able to end the evil rule of the Chemists forever.
